The following resources are provided to help faculty and staff in their support of students, and to help the community use and advance the system.
Group Training
Advisement and Transition is available to assist individual academic departments and student groups in learning more about Degree Works. Contact the office at 607-753-4726 or advisement@cortland.edu to arrange for presentations.
What If Feature
When viewing a What If audit, advisors and students are able to see how completed and in-progress coursework meets requirements for different majors, minors or concentrations. View instructions on how to process a what if audit in Degree Works.
Troubleshooting
Please report any concerns with student audits by e-mailing degree.works@cortland.edu while providing the student name, Cortland ID (C#) and a brief description of the issue.
