If a visiting student meets the criteria, but cannot enter a course, what should the student do?

You may refer the student to the offering department if the student meets the criteria for course entry.

The offering department will determine if the student can be approved to enter the course, and can provide a course override ("lift a flag") to permit registration if approved. Students will be responsible for self-enrolling. The departments cannot enroll students in the course directly.
