If I do not complete a checklist review by March 1, does that mean my student cannot participate in Commencement?

Students are entered in to the Commencement participation queue as soon as they apply for degree conferral online and indicate participation. Students simply need to complete the online process before March 1. You are not required to supply this before the March 1 student deadline.
