Will visiting students receive a C-number (Cortland ID)?

Yes. Visiting students will receive a Cortland ID. With the online application process, student information will now be accessible in Banner prior to their registration. Visiting students can receive course overrides ("flag lifting") and process other transactions in the student information system.
