Does SUNY Cortland send transcripts using overnight mail?

Yes. If you elect to use overnight / rush / expedited shipping, there will be an additional cost for FedEx services. FedEx shipping is calculated based on the service your select, and the shipping address.  FedEx shipping costs will vary.  You may also consider using the eTranscript option for lower cost and more immediate delivery. 

FedEx delivery and eTranscripts may only be ordered via the enhanced/online ordering process.
