How do I submit an INC grade?
Incomplete (INC) grades may be submitted to the Registrar's Office using the paper Change of Grade form or the online Change of Grade form.
If using the online change of grade form, please select the "Apply Final Grade to an Incomplete Grade (INC)" option in the Type of Change field.
Instructors should consult the school to learn about school policies and requirements.
