How do I submit a late grade?
Late grades may be submitted to the Associate Dean of the instructor's school using the paper Change of Grade form or the online Change of Grade form.
If using the online change of grade form, please select the "Submit a Late Grade" option in the Type of Change field.
Instructors should consult the school to learn about school policies and requirements.
