- Residential permits are sold out, but a waitlist is implemented should more become available. Please do not bring your vehicle if you do not have a permit, or you may be cited.

Parking at SUNY Cortland
All vehicles that park in SUNY Cortland operated lots must be registered (permitted) with the Parking Operations office. There are limited areas that do not require registration (for example, metered spaces, Neubig Road). For more information on parking facilities, please visit the parking rules and regulations page.
The Prospect Terrace Parking Lot is operated by Cortland Auxiliary. For information about this lot, please visit the Paid Parking at ASC Cortland page.
