ID Cards

Students who have photo ID cards from the spring or fall semesters at SUNY Cortland may use their cards in the summer. New cards are issued by the Cortland Auxiliary Services (CAS) Office in Neubig Hall. Now through May 17, the office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting from May 17, the office will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. To obtain a card, students must be registered and have their college identification number. There is a $10 fee for the card; the fee for replacement cards is $15.

Your ID card is a multifunctional, video-imaged card with electronic verification capability. It provides online access for dining services, vending, library, network print/copy, on-campus laundry service, health service and fitness center access. For on-campus students, the card is also needed for keyless entry to the residence halls.

ID cards are also used to access your Connections account. Connections can be used at on-campus dining facilities, off-campus dining and other partners, the College Store, and vending machines. To learn more about Connections and add money to your account, visit the Connections page on the CAS website.
