Art Donations
SUNY Cortland will only accept artifacts of historical significance, original artwork or signed and numbered prints.
Requirements
- If gift acknowledgement of the donated piece is requested stating the market value or value more than $500, then the donor must seek a professional appraisal to determine the value of the art, artifact or print.
- Shipping and handling of the donated item(s) also must be covered by the donor.
- Management, handling, display and digital reproduction of the donation will be at the discretion of the Cortland College Foundation and Dowd Gallery.
