Faculty/Staff
Faculty/Staff/ASC Members: You are eligible for a free membership. Please complete the SLC Waiver to activate your membership and use your ASC issued Employee ID card to access the facility.
SUNY Cortland Retirees: Congratulations! Please notify the Campus Recreation office of your retirement status to activate your lifelong membership and use your ASC issued Retiree ID card to access the facility.
Affiliates listed below must complete member registration in the Campus Recreation office. A Student Life Center Membership ID card will be printed for you at that time.

Non-Affiliate Community Memberships (Winter Session and Summer Session Memberships)
First-time members must register in the Campus Recreation office, Student Life Center, Room 1201, during normal business hours. A Student Life Center Membership ID card will be printed in the office.
Non-Affiliate Member: A Non-Affiliate Member is a community member that has no active affiliation with the university (active affiliates include students, current and retired faculty/staff, CAS staff, alumni, alumni board/foundation) and is not a spouse/partner or dependent of an affiliate member. Members must be 18 years or older and will not be allowed to bring in children or guests. Memberships will only be active during the pre-determined dates below:
Winter Session: Effective the Monday after the completion of the fall semester through the Sunday before Martin Luther King Jr Day.
Summer Session: Effective the Monday after spring commencement through the Sunday before the President's Opening Address.
