Freeform Friday Workshop: A workshop for students who are interested in connecting with others through music and/or creative expression.

Music and the arts can be creative ways to bring people together as well as help with expressing emotions.  Can you think of a song that has helped you through difficult times or with celebrating an important time in your life?   Maybe you listened to it, sang it, played it or read the lyrics, but it was impactful to you.  Maybe you recall dancing with friends, going to a concert, or a car ride with a loved one with songs that helped you bond.  There also could be a poem you wrote, or a quote you read that motivated you or was helpful with expression.

This workshop can be a space to share your love for music and other arts to help you connect with other students here.

Feel free to bring any instruments (including your voice) and/or something you have written you might be interested in sharing.  There is no pressure to perform; you can also come to listen to and connect with others who share a similar passion of the arts with you!

Starts Friday September 11th in Corey Union Fireplace Lounge (9/11, 9/25, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, 12/4). For additional information please contact Stacey Massari at [email protected]

Club Introvert starts Tuesdays between 4-5pm starting Tuesday September 8th 2026For additional information please visit the Prevention Education Web Page.
