The Counseling Center is offering some virtual groups this semester on a variety of topics—just call our office at 607-753-4728 to get connected.  In addition, if you are seeking support groups off campus, we have information on those resources as well.

Mindfulness Meditation Group for Beginners

Advocates is now offering several virtual support groups via Zoom. These include mental health support groups as well as social and recreational groups.
