Make a plan!
There are two terms in Winter Session, with Session I beginning on Tuesday, Dec. 16 and Session II beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 6. Both are condensed terms and you don’t want to get a late start. Review the course syllabus as soon as it is available and plan for how you will successfully navigate the two- or five-week course. Pace yourself and don’t save everything for the last minute.
Access to Course Materials
Students enrolled in Session I courses beginning on Dec. 16 should have access to at least the course syllabus. Students enrolled in Session II courses beginning on Jan. 6 should have access to at least the course syllabus on Friday, Jan. 2. Faculty release the content for their courses. Please contact the faculty instructor if you have questions regarding the content of a course.
If you encounter any issues with accessing Brightspace, myRedDragon or your email account, contact The Help Center at 607-753-2500. You will need your Cortland ID (C#) when contacting The Help Center.
Office Availability/Holiday Closures
Campus offices are generally open 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily through Tuesday, Dec. 23. Hours of operation for some offices are included in the holiday office availability listing or the available services listing. Most offices resume regular business hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) on Friday, January 2.
