Textbooks and supplies are available to order at the Campus Store website. Students may also visit the SUNY Cortland Online Bookstore. You may select shipping or in-store pick-up in Neubig Hall. The store will be closed December 23 - January 1 for the holidays and will re-open at 9 a.m. on January 2. Online orders will still be processed during this time.

Students with disabilities who need accommodations for Winter Session should contact the Disability Resources Office as soon as possible to either release an access plan already established or to request a meeting to develop a new access plan prior to the term beginning.

Students who do not have I.D. cards can purchase them at the CAS Office, Neubig Hall, for a $10 fee. The office will be closed December 23 - January 1.

Campus vehicle registration requirements for student lots will be suspended during Winter Session. Unregistered vehicles may be parked in the student lots only. And, vehicles with student permits may be parked in any available student lot. Overnight parking rules remain in effect. Faculty/staff parking requirements will be enforced. Contact the Parking Operations and Security Services Office at 607-753-4123, with any questions concerning parking.
Visit the Recreational Sports Student Life Center Hours of Operation for our Winter Break 2023-2024 hours which go into effect on Friday, Dec. 15. The schedule will be updated weekly.
The Cupboard hours of operation are available on their website.

The Help Center
The Help Center is available by phone, email or via webform on the TechHelp tab of myRedDragon. The Help Center is open 8 a.m. to 4 pm., Monday through Friday during Winter Session with the exception of Monday, December 25, Monday, January 1 and Monday, January 15 when it is closed for the holidays.
The Help Center is available for walk-in support when the library is open. Please note that due to construction during Winter Break, visitors may enter the Library through the Bookmark entrance. The Help Center will be temporarily located inside of this entrance.
During Winter Session, Nightowl, the night-time online tutoring service, is available for drop in tutoring for math and writing support beginning 1/3/2023. Nightowl tutoring is offered Sunday through Thursday, from 7 p.m. to midnight. For more information, visit the Nightowl website. To get started, click on the Tutor Request link, available during tutoring hours.
