Important Winter Session Reminders

If you are receiving this message, you have registered for coursework in Winter Session 2025, which includes 0 credit experiences associated with Fall 2024 coursework and study abroad.

Welcome to Winter Session 2025!
Thank you for registering for coursework this winter! We hope you have a successful experience and have provided some information in our student welcome that you may find beneficial!

As you prepare for your course(s), don't forget to confirm your attendance and pay your bill! All courses must be paid for prior to the beginning of the term. Bills are due Friday, December 6 for Winter Session. Please contact Student Accounts with any questions regarding your bill at 607-753-2313.

If you no longer plan to take your course, please DROP the course via myRedDragon. This will remove you from receiving any future e-mails or phone call reminders to confirm your attendance or pay your bill.

Verify the start date of your course. There are two terms, with Winter Session I courses beginning on December 17 and Winter Session II courses beginning on January 7.

  • Both are condensed terms, and you don’t want to get a late start.
  • All courses begin on these dates. Students can access their course in Brightspace for details and may receive further information directly from the professor. Course content will be available no later than the first day of each term.
  • Each faculty member makes their course available. Students enrolling in more than one course may not see both courses appear at the same time.

Stay Connected! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook! Important reminders for dates and deadlines are also shared on social media, as well tips on navigating Winter Session!
