Summer Session Welcome Email

Welcome to Summer Session 2025!
Courses offered in the 10-week term, Session I and Term A begin on Wednesday, May 21. Faculty release the course materials for each course and should be available no later than tomorrow. Students enrolled in courses offered in Term B, Session II, Term C or D will not see course materials until closer to the start date of the course.

Looking to add or drop classes?
Review the course schedule for course availability and review the registration page for important dates and deadlines and term limits. Credits are limited for summer session terms due to the short duration of terms. The deadline to register for any course is the first day of the term for the course.

Students seeking to drop a course can do so via myRedDragon by the designated deadlines for each term. Drop deadlines happen quickly in Summer Session!

  • The student welcome includes information related to course materials, links to forms, prior communications sent to students and upcoming deadlines.
  • There are a variety of available services for students in Summer Session.
  • Questions related to course content/materials should be directed to the faculty member for the course.

  • Please note that offices close at 4 p.m. in the summer months.
