Graduate Degree Application

To graduate, you must apply for your degree regardless of participation in the Commencement ceremony. Degree application is accomplished through myRedDragon.  Students must complete these steps by April 1, 2026.

1. Enter your ID and password.
2. Select the "Student" tab
3. Navigate to the "Registrar" block.
4. Scroll to "Degree and Conferral Information."
5. Select "Graduate Degree Application." 
6. At prompt for Commencement participation, indicate whether you plan to attend the Commencement ceremony.
7. If additional information is needed, please refer to the Degree conferral application process.

Stage Pass Reservation

Students who registered for Commencement can access their Stage Pass online within the Commencement Tab through myRedDragon up until and including the day of Commencement. *Note: The deadline to register for 2026 Commencement ceremonies has passed.

Ceremony Attendance

To participate in the Graduate Commencement ceremony, you must have:

• Cap, gown and hood
• Graduate stage pass 
  • Please visit the Commencement tab in myRedDragon for more information on how to print your graduate stage pass.

Guest tickets are not required for admission and there is no rehearsal for Graduate Commencement.
