SUNY Cortland Schedules Plays, Musicals, Concerts for Fall
SUNY Cortland has scheduled the following events through the end of the Fall Semester, including concerts, lectures, plays, a musical, a conference, a gospel music festival and other programs. Events are open to the public at no charge, unless noted otherwise.
Choral Union Presents Spring Concert on May 5
The Performing Arts Department will present the Choral Union in its spring concert on Tuesday, May 5, at 8 p.m. in the Dowd Fine Arts Theatre. The concert is free and open to the public. The program features a concert of music for the stage and will include selections from operas and a musical play.
College-Community Orchestra to Feature Local Connections on April 28
The Performing Arts Department will present a concert by the College-Community Orchestra, under the direction of Ubaldo Valli, on Tuesday, April 28, at 8 p.m. in the Dowd Fine Arts Theatre. The concert, which is free and open to the public, features music written by composers with local connections.
