Welcome to SUNY Cortland, where Red is Green. You might be wondering what exactly that means. Red Dragons try their best to live sustainably -- which means, "in a way that avoids the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance." This can look different from Dragon to Dragon and can be a daunting to start. The Sustainability Office and Green Reps are here to help! Check out our tips and tricks for some easy sustainable behaviors right on campus!
Recycling
Know the place for your waste
All recycling should be clean, dry and with no lid/caps/tops. Take out any food, rinse and let dry.
