Come join us Tuesday, March 24th from 4-6 pm in the Corey Union Fireplace Lounge, as we learn to better understand injustice based on sexual orientation and gender and how to be better allies to the LGBTQ+ community. The learning objectives are:
- To gain a general understanding of core tenants and language within the LGBTQ+ community
- To form an understanding of inclusive language and practices needed to build allyship skills for the LGBTQ+ community
- To form an understanding of what it means to be in the role as an ally to LGBTQ+ people in the context of your own identities
