Fall Open House Information
Fall Open House provides opportunities to interact with professors and students, tour campus and learn more about the application process. We encourage prospective students to make connections early and see how they can succeed at SUNY Cortland.
Fall Open House takes place when classes are in session so that future Red Dragons and families can get a true feel for campus life.
Daily Program
Academic Programs and Student Services Fair, 9-11:30am
This event has many different tables staffed by all academic departments and many student service offices. This is the best place to ask questions about specific academic programs or campus services.
Admissions Information Sessions:
Learn about first-year and transfer admissions options, important dates and deadlines and requirements from Admissions Office staff members. This session will be offered multiple times throughout the day.
Academic program presentations
Faculty present their specific majors and pathways that the university offers, such as pre-medicine, pre-physical therapy and pre-law.
Campus Tours, 10am-1pm
Prospective students and families will be able to explore campus on a student-led tour. Tours will introduce visitors to key buildings and the general layout of SUNY Cortland’s campus.
