SUNY Cortland has invested more than $350 million in its facilities since 2011. Additionally, in recent years, the university has been named the safest campus in New York state, the city of Cortland has earned $10 million as part of the state’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative and the community has attracted many large events spanning sports, entertainment and culture.
