Courses Taught: Sociological Theory, Modern Western Thought, Political Sociology, Sociology of Religion, Special Topics in economic sociology, political economy, war, and culture; American Society, and Introduction to Sociology. 

Research interests: antisemitism and other forms of authoritarianism and right-wing political movements; labor history; the history of the American communist movement; war; terror and terrorism; political economy; contemporary, critical, and classical theory; and intellectual history.
