The Choral Union

The Choral Union is a large chorus made up of students and community members, sponsored collaboratively by SUNY Cortland and the Dan & Rose McNeill Foundation.
The ensemble performs on the SUNY Cortland campus in Brown Auditorium, and at a newly appointed community arts venue located at 19 Church Street in downtown Cortland. Repertoire in recent semesters has focused on recent compositions by American composers.
No audition is required for The Choral Union. Students may participate for credit (MUS 240, one credit hour). Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in Dowd Fine Arts Center, Room 111.
