National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) of Cortland

The student organization on campus affiliated with the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is our club, NSSLHA Cortland.

NSSLHA Cortland is funded through the Student Government Association's (SGA) mandatory activity fee and its purpose is to provide opportunities for exploration of the professions of speech-language pathology and audiology  outside the confines of the classroom through guest lectures, conferences, civic engagement, and philanthropy.

The club supports students in the major through mentoring opportunities and social events and you are highly encouraged to become a member. It's an excellent way to meet new people and increase your knowledge of the profession you're entering. Membership is open to all students in the major. Updates and current activities.

You're also encouraged to become a member of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA). This entitles you to access a number of professional journals at a substantial reduction in cost. Additional information.

Meetings: Wednesdays 7:15 p.m. in the Hall of Fame Room, Park Center.

Advisor: Dr. Blanton
