A total body workout that incorporates tribal dance styles, plyometric movements, and body shaking to train the body in the toughest way possible! Not only will this class give you a great sweat, but you will also have a blast taking it!

This class focuses on strengthening your glutes and core muscles!
Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. with Niki Blatnick
Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. with Natalie Gutierrez
This is an intense workout that focuses on both anterior and posterior core muscles. This class will help to improve your posture and balance, while decreasing risk of injury by working opposing muscle groups.

An organized form of cardio-respiratory training that uses body weight exercises, alternating between high and low intensity effort.

Take time out of your busy day to focus on stretching your body, relaxing your mind, and unwinding by flowing through postures. This class offers modifications for all strength and flexibility levels.

A full-body group workout which focuses on metabolic training using a variety of exercises to help you target body fat and gain lean muscle mass.

A full-body dance class that acts as a cardio and toning workout. Come dance to Latin rhythms and music.

All classes are one hour long except those indicated with * (which are 30 minutes in duration)

Purchase a Group Exercise or Group Exercise-Mind/Body Combo Membership online or register at the front desk in the Student Life Center. Bring your SUNY Cortland ID card with you to all classes; our check-in system requires you to swipe your ID card to prove membership.
Consider a combination membership - if you're interested in attending both Mind Body and Group Exercise classes, you might want to take advantage of this opportunity! This membership allows you to participate in any of the Group Exercise Classes as well as the Mind Body classes available throughout the semester. If you choose to purchase the Group Exercise - Mind/Body Combination Membership, you will be eligible to attend all of the Yoga classes offered through the Mind/Body Program - what a deal!
