All classes are one hour long except those indicated with * (which are 30 minutes in duration)

All classes take place in the Group Exercise Room  unless indicated with one of the following symbols:

(SR) = Spinning Room

(CR) = Combatives Room

(MB) = Mind Body Room

Cost to Join the Group Exercise Program - membership includes unlimited classes!

Students $30
Faculty/Staff & their spouses/partners/dependents $50
Students Per Class Fee  $5
All others Per Class Fee $10

Memberships can be purchased at the front desk in the Student Life Center using cash, check (made out to SUNY Cortland) or Credit Card.

Consider a combination membership - if you're interested in attending both Mind Body and Group Exercise classes, you might want to take advantage of this opportunity! This membership allows you to participate in any of the Group Exercise Classes as well as the Mind Body classes available throughout the semester. If you choose to purchase the Group Exercise - Mind/Body Combination Membership, you will be eligible to attend all of the Yoga classes offered through the Mind/Body Program - what a deal!

Students: $65 per semester
Faculty/Staff: $130 per semester
