A total body workout that incorporates tribal dance styles, plyometric movements, and body shaking to train the body in the toughest way possible! Not only will this class give you a great sweat, but you will also have a blast taking it!

This class is a blend of core strengthening exercises and yoga. It focuses on strengthening your abdominals, back and gluteal muscles. In this class you will experience a series of poses that will improve your functional flexibility and overall mobility. This class is held in the Group Exercise Room.

Melt away your stress in this low-intensity class that focuses on mobility, stretching, and countering daily movement patterns to bring you back into holistic balance. Learn to become more connected to your body and re-center your mind in this comfortable and inclusive environment. All experience levels welcome!

An hour-long total body workout involving concepts from crossfit and traditional body building focusing on cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Wednesday: 6:45-7:45 p.m. with Natalie Yoder
A muscular strength and endurance training class that works all the major muscle groups , while educating participants on proper exercise technique.
Friday: 5:30-6:30 p.m. with Natalie Yoder
Take time out of your busy day to focus on stretching your body, relaxing your mind, and unwinding by flowing through postures. This class offers modifications for all strength and flexibility levels.

A full-body dance class that acts as a cardio and toning workout. Come dance to Latin rhythms and music.

Purchase a Group Exercise or Group Exercise-Mind/Body Combo Membership online or register at the front desk in the Student Life Center. Bring your SUNY Cortland ID card with you to all classes; our check-in system requires you to swipe your ID card to prove membership.
Consider a combination membership - if you're interested in attending both Mind Body and Group Exercise classes, you might want to take advantage of this opportunity! This membership allows you to participate in any of the Group Exercise Classes as well as the Mind Body classes available throughout the semester. If you choose to purchase the Group Exercise - Mind/Body Combination Membership, you will be eligible to attend all of the Yoga classes offered through the Mind/Body Program - what a deal!
