PDFs containing internal information, such as meeting minutes and other non-public documents, should not be posted on public SUNY Cortland websites. Instead, these documents should be stored in a secure system like Teams.

Linking to Teams file on a webpage
- In Teams, select the file you want to share
- Select the Share button
- Click the Setting button to confirm sharing settings
- To make a link that everyone with a cortland.edu email can access, select "People in SUNY Cortland"
- To ensure that people viewing the file cannot edit the document, select "Can view" or "Can't download"
- Select Apply
- Select Copy Link
- Add the link to your webpage
