Join the Challenge
Complete a punch card by participating in any combination of the scheduled walks with K9 Meekah and other EAP events. Must participate in at least six events. Completed punch cards get a K9 Meekah prize! Get a punch card at the first walk on 9/10 or by emailing EmployeeAssistanceProgram@cortland.edu
Note: In the event of a UPD need/emergency, Meekah may not be present.
Upcoming Walks
Join us at the designated meeting location at noon, the walk will begin at 12:15 p.m.
Walking will be as inclusive & low impact as possible, but make sure you’re dressed appropriately! Visit the SUNY Cortland Walking Trails map to see all walking routes. HR encourages participation with supervisory approval.
