First Year Orientation Schedule
In-person sessions will be two days beginning at 10 a.m. on the first day and ending at 2 p.m. on the second day. Families and guests are encouraged to attend with their student. Students and families will spend some parts of the two days together and then time with other students. Families and guests will attend specific sessions designed for them (see below). The family program will end at 4:30 p.m. on day 1 and start back up after breakfast on day 2.
Day 1
10 a.m.: Check-In at Corey Union
- Check into residence hall - bring all your overnight materials with you before you get on the bus!
- Get ID picture taken at Neubig Hall

Major Overview
Student 1:1 Advisement
- Students will meet one on one with a faculty member in their department during an assigned time. This meeting is scheduled for students and advisors only. Family members and students waiting for their advising meeting are encouraged to attend program sessions and visit with on campus resources.
