Student Conduct Process
Incidents of sexual harassment and/or sexual misconduct which do not meet the definition of "covered sexual harassment" (per the U.S. Department of Education Final Title IX Rule) but potentially violate the Student Code of Conduct, may be referred to the Student Conduct Office and/or applicable Student Conduct procedures.
