Denise A. Finneran


Denise Finneran joined SUNY Cortland in the fall of 2024. Dr. Finneran is a certified speech language pathologist who worked with children and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Dr. Finneran completed her doctoral degree at Purdue University with Dr. Laurence B. Leonard. Her research interests include child language development and disorders with an emphasis on grammar and related factors across variations of American English including African American English.
