How do I put someone on Research Foundation payroll?

After a candidate has been identified, in accordance with Affirmative Action procedures, an Employee Assignment Form is completed and signed by both the employee and Project Director.  Forms should then be forwarded to the Human Resources Office, 301 Miller Building.  A new Research Foundation employee must stop by the Human Resources Office on the first day of their assignment to complete the following paperwork;

     -An application (if not previously completed)

     -I-9 Employment eligibility verification must bring proper Identification
        see list of acceptable documents

     -State and Federal Tax forms

     -Self Identification of Disabled Individuals

     -Self Identification of Veterans

     -Handbook Acknowledgement and Agreement

     -New Employee Orientation Checklist
