Print Services at SUNY Cortland offers professional printing solutions for campus and community needs. We produce a wide range of materials, from flyers and programs to large-format posters and signage, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer service.

We proudly offer services to faculty, staff, students, and members of the off-campus community.

We are cashless and only accept payment via credit card or check.

Expanded Services

We’re expanding our offerings to bring you even more ways to create and customize! Starting this summer, we’ll be introducing:

• Laminating services for projects up to 27” wide
• Custom engraving to personalize your items
• 3D printing for creative and unique designs
• Swag item printing to make your brand stand out

Print Service Policies & Requirements

Requests for print services must carry the account number, and submitting the online form serves as the signature approval of the department requesting service and being charged.

Large orders or orders with deadlines must be scheduled in advance. The center reserves the right to determine the most appropriate method of copying in light of costs, quality, work schedules, and availability of supplies.

Orders that include official College graphics may be subject to review by the Marketing Office to ensure consistency with the SUNY Cortland Communication Guide.   

If your order includes any document for which you do not have the electronic file (and therefore cannot attach to the submission form), state that in the “Special Instructions” field and mail or drop off the document to Print Services.  Be sure to have your job reference number on hand so that we can match your files to the correct job.  If you would like our staff to scan and provide this document for you as an electronic file, please let us know, and we would be happy to assist.

Interior signage

In conjunction with the Marketing Office, Print Services produces interior and office signage for existing frames/holders. If you need new signage for your building or office, complete the Interior and Office Signage Request form. The Marketing Office processes orders, vets signage for brand style and designs the signs, while Print Services produces and installs them. Our process from request to delivery should take a maximum of three weeks, allowing for one-week turnarounds respectively for processing, design and production. Please note that we are no longer engraving these signs. If your needs are outside of this scope, please complete the Print Services’ Requisition for Printing Services and select the "Other cuts and sizes" option.

Nameplates

For the black 8"x2" desktop nameplates, you can now order those through our Requisition for Printing Services order form.

Other services

We have many new product offerings, including die-cut and kiss-cut stickers, window graphics, yard signs, foam core board, adhesive media, postcards, photo printing, and much more! We encourage you to ask about new ideas and services. If you can think it, we can likely print it!
