Directions to the Cortland Cupboard 

The Cortland Cupboard is located in Old Main basement, Room B-05. Use the entrance by the Bowers Greenhouses, go down the stairs and into the double doors. In the vestibule, use the down stairs on the left.

Accessible path

Use the entrance by the parking lot loading dock and take the elevator to the left when you head in. Go to floor “B” for basement and upon exiting, turn right and head down the hall.

If you are driving, there are metered parking spaces by Admissions.

Entering the Cortland Cupboard

Use your student ID card to swipe into the Cupboard. Take a reusable grocery bag or bring your own and take the amount of food you need.

Who is eligible to access the SUNY Cortland Cupboard?

Any SUNY Cortland student without reliable access to a sufficient quantity of affordable, nutritious food may access the Cupboard. There are no restrictions or income eligibility requirements. Some students have to choose between their books or buying groceries. Other students may struggle to have enough food because they are paying for another recurring or unexpected expense. Whether you need to supplement your food on a regular basis or just sometimes, the SUNY Cortland Cupboard is a resource to support you.
