Helena Baert
Dr. Helena Baert joined the SUNY Cortland faculty in 2011 after completing graduate work at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB, Canada and the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, USA. She also holds an undergraduate degree from the Teachers' College in Ghent, Belgium, her home country. Dr. B. teaches courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level, she serves on a variety of department, school and university committees and her scholarly activity centers around effective teaching practices using technology to enhance teaching and learning in physical education.
