Imagination Celebration
Cortland County K-12 Exhibition of Student Work

Imagination Celebration 2025

The Imagination Celebration is an annual exhibition that marks the recognition of accomplishment for Cortland County educators and students in creative arts.

Dowd Gallery is excited to collaborate with regional teachers for the 2025 exhibition of elementary and secondary student work in an explosion of color, texture, and talent. Selected by twenty dedicated educators of fine art, student works representing high achievement in the various techniques of drawing, painting, ceramics, collages, sculpture, digital media, and creative arts will be displayed throughout the gallery until April 5, 2025.

Musical talents from the local high schools will accompany the visual display. We encourage all to join us in the celebration of fine art and education in the recognition and promotion of creativity in the scholarly pursuit of young artists.

Elizabeth Moshkowski (Cortland schools) and Brookley Abbate (Homer Schools) key organizers for this exhibition with Dowd Gallery and will feature student artwork along with Brian Wallace, Lindsay Haskins, Lauren Nels, Beth Ketchum, Casey Iannuzzi, Carly Fowler, Jesse Bender, James Boring, Kathryn Haessner, Danielle Beltz, Macksi Warner, Nicole Fabian, Amy Dunn, Gracee Bulger-Oakley, Dee Dee Wurst, Mikaella McCrone, Molly Reagan, Jon Keefner.
