SUNY Tuition Match

SUNY Cortland is proud to participate in the State University of New York’s tuition matching program for select undergraduate students who reside outside New York state.

Students from the following states will receive SUNY Cortland’s Future New Yorker Award, which offers an annual award worth up to $7,500 annually:

• California
• Connecticut
• Illinois
• Massachusetts
• New Hampshire
• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• Vermont

The Future New Yorker Award will match in-state tuition for each of the above listed states flagship campuses and provide additional funding, with an annual award not to exceed $7,500 in total. High-achieving students also will be considered for academic merit scholarships awarded by the Admissions Office.
