There are two registration processes for this event
- Register with ACE HERE.
- Register with NACAC with the link provided in the ACE registration form.
Admission representatives from colleges across the country are gathered in one, virtual location, sponsored by NACAC (National Association for College Admissions Counseling). Their goal - to encourage you to learn more about their unique experience and help you sort through the qualities you’re looking for in a college. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with hundreds of admissions representatives in individual Zoom rooms. Students and families from all grades are invited to attend. This is a great place to kick off your college search and practice asking questions about careers and resources that will help you successfully build your future. There are two ways you can participate, and you must register with ACE and NACAC for both experiences.
Option 1: You are welcome to just attend the NACAC virtual fair and complete the ACE Event Confirmation Form to receive ACE credit. You need to complete the ACE Registration form (above)
Time: Attend anytime between 1:00-6:00pm
Option 2: Erica will host a virtual preparation event from 12:15-12:45 pm to help you narrow down your questions and learn what to expect. After attending the virtual event, anytime between 1:00-6:00 pm, you are invited to a short, virtual wrap-up event with Erica from 5:00-5:30 pm. You can receive ACE participation credit by attending the 5:00pm event or filling out the ACE Event Confirmation Form.
Time: Attend the ACE event from 12:15-12:45pm
Participate in the NACAC event anytime between 1:00-6:00pm
Wrap-up with Erica for an ACE check in from 5:00-5:30pm
Registration and ACE Event Participation Credit Details:
This event requires two separate registration processes.
- Register with ACE to let us know you plan to attend and receive the Zoom link for the 12:15-12:45 pm ACE preparation check-in.
- There is a separate registration for the NACAC event. YOU must register with NACAC to receive the event link. Registration information for the Virtual College Fair will be shared with you in the ACE event registration process.
- There are two ways to receive ACE Credit after the event
Option 1: Join Erica for a virtual post-event check-in from 6:00-6:30 pm that evening.
Option 2: Fill out the ACE Event Attendance Form (You will need an artifact to complete the attendance form: picture of the fair, registration screen shot, etc…)

Program Logistics: This program will be hosted on Zoom through the ACE office. You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting with instructions before the program begins. You must register with NACAC to receive the College Fair link.
Program Classification - College Planning: Financing College and the Application Process: College Planning workshops are designed to prepare you to make an informed decision about your college experience. Drawing on the expertise of different presenters, these experiences are helpful for 9th-12th graders and their family members. Program topics include college fairs, financing college, standardized test preparation, college application support, transitioning into college, and more.
