Self-Exploration Opportunities
In addition to ACE experiences, you can submit a request for approval for college ready and career exploration events you attend on your own. To receive credit, for these types of opportunities, complete the Event Confirmation Form below.

ACE Event Confirmation Form
Please use the ACE Event Confirmation Form to confirm attendance at college events that were sponsored or endorsed by the ACE program, including college fairs, athletic events, music events, and visiting presenters. (Contact us for a printable version of this form.)
ACE students do not need to fill out this form for college visits, workshops, orientation, and summer events.
