Calendar Event

During our time together, we will explore stress management strategies that will support you in your daily interactions and responsibilities.

We know that stress has an immediate and long-term impact on our body, mind, and emotional health. And we also know that there are simple actions we can pull from our stress management toolbox that do not require a lot of time or money. These choices are part of a mindful approach to life.

One of ACE’s central goals is to support a student’s transition into their college experience, this includes successful strategies for thriving during college (and in life). Becoming aware of and learning to balance your stressors is paramount to developing a resilient approach to life.
