FAFSA Completion Workshop

It's time to complete your Financial Aid application! This is a hands-on workshop, so be ready to complete your FAFSA during the program. You will need to have the following information handy: (1) social security numbers for you and your parent(s); (2) date of birth – month, day, year - for your parent(s); (3) knowledge of your legal parents’ marital status; (4) tax returns and W2 forms for you and your parent(s); (5) untaxed income records; and (6) alien registration number (for non-U.S. citizens). This workshop will be most useful if you can complete your FAFSA on one device while viewing the webinar on a second device. Therefore, two devices are recommended, if possible.

Registration Details:     Pre-registration required - This event requires two separate Registration processes

  2. The SUNY FAFSA  event registration form will be shared with you in the ACE event registration process.

To Receive ACE Credit: Please don’t forget, in order to receive ACE credit, after the event, students need to complete the post-event survey. You will need to upload a photo, screen shot, or other documented evidence of your participation in this event.

Program Category:    College Ready events are designed to prepare you to make an informed decision about your college experience. Drawing on the expertise of many different presenters, these experiences are helpful for 9th-12th graders and their family members. Program topics might include college fairs, financing college, standardized test preparation, college application support, transitioning into college, and more.
