It is a known truth, music enhances our life, impacts our mood, and can set the tone for any environment. It is an escape, and it also an opportunity for connection. Join Mark Gregory, Ithaca College Occupational Therapy Major, Asian American Studies Minor, for this collaborative workshop focused on creating playlists that support your goals and daily attitude.
This is not just your ordinary Zoom program! Interacting through Spatial Chat, you will create various playlists in Spotify (free version available) and consider how music can enhance your daily flow. This is a great opportunity to meet other ACE participants and be introduced to new music.
