Students are billed on a semester basis, and these expenses are subject to change. In addition, international students automatically receive SUNY Cortland’s International Award to help reduce the cost of a graduate education. This award is worth $312 per credit hour, up to $3,750 per semester for students taking 12 or more credit hours.
