Official college transcripts from any colleges you have attended (English translation and original document required if original is not in English) |

Exam scores documenting your English proficiency if English is not your native language (Acceptable tests and preferred scores: TOEFL: 79, IELTS: Band 6.5, EIKEN: Pre-1, Duolingo: 100, PTE Academic: 55) |

Any additional documents listed by the department as Required Application Materials |
Submit these additional items for immigration visa review:(These items can arrive later than the above and are only needed if academically accepted) |
