The SUNY Cortland Center for Environmental and Outdoor Education promotes campus-wide awareness and commitment to environmental outdoor education while also managing the College’s outdoor/environmental facilities. The facilities include:
Brauer Education Center
Hoxie Gorge
Raquette Lake
• Antlers
• Huntington Memorial Camp
• Kirby Camp
The center, which is governed by an interdisciplinary advisory council, has its main office in Miller Building, Room 230, on the Cortland campus. This office serves as the headquarters for all four outdoor/environmental facilities. The center also administers an interdisciplinary environmental studies minor and areas of concentration.
