Processing

All Faculty, Staff and Administrators should indicate their intention to participate in the 2018 Commencement Ceremonies.  Please submit your selections (one form for all ceremonies) through the online registration site (Hyperlink to be posted Spring 2018)

Graduate Ceremony

Faculty and staff wearing regalia and marching during the graduate ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2213 at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018. Tickets are not required for entry.

Undergraduate Ceremony

Faculty and staff wearing regalia and processing during the morning ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2213 at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018. Tickets are not required for entry.

Faculty and staff wearing regalia and processing during the afternoon ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2213 at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018. Tickets are not required for entry.

Faculty and staff wearing regalia and processing during the evening ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2213at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018. Tickets are not required for entry.

Graduate and Undergraduate Ceremonies - Faculty and Staff Without Regalia

All faculty and staff are invited to sit in front of the stage for Commencement.  Regalia is preferred and will be required for those wishing to process during the ceremony processional and recessional. 

For those members of the faculty and staff who would like to attend, but do not have regalia, a ticket will be provided for access into the arena and to this seating area.  These tickets with entrance and seating instructions will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the ceremonies to your campus email address.  Regalia may also be rented through the College Store.
