Supplemental Instruction Scheduling Survey

Your opinion counts!  In order to schedule Supplemental Instruction sessions for the days and times that fit student schedules best, we need your help.

Please click on the link for your specific class (double-check section and professor) to begin the brief one-question survey.  When you have completed the survey, please select "Done".  Remember: if you are taking more than one class that offers SI, you will want to return to this page to take the survey for each class.

Thank you for your participation!  Your leader will announce the schedule of session times during class. In addition, the sessions will be listed on the Supplemental Instruction webpage. If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to talk to your leader or email the Supplemental Instruction Program coordinators.

Surveys will open early morning Tuesday, September 8 and are active until Thursday, September 10, just before midnight.
