Your opinion counts! In order to schedule Supplemental Instruction sessions for the days and times that fit student schedules best, we need your help.

Remember: if you are taking more than one class that offers SI, you will want to return to this page to take the survey for each class.
Thank you for your participation! Your leader will announce the schedule of session times during class and sessions will be listed on Supplemental Instruction Session Times and Locations webpage. If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to talk to your leader or email the Supplemental Instruction Program coordinators.
Surveys will open early morning Monday, February 2 and are active until Thursday, February 5, just before midnight.
