What You’ll Need
- Grades: A minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or higher is preferred. Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis, taking into account personal statements, letters of recommendation and any previous industry experience.
- Test scores: A waiver for the GRE or GMAT is granted to students who have earned a 3.3 or better overall GPA or who hold five years of industry experience in a related field. If you do not meet the waiver criteria, you must take the GRE or GMAT.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to be forwarded directly to the College’s Graduate Admissions Office.
- Letter of intent: In 250 to 500 words, explain your professional goals and how SUNY Cortland’s graduate program in sport management will assist you in achieving them.
- Letters of recommendation: A minimum of two are requested, including at least one academic and one professional letter.
- Résumé: This is to be submitted online with application.
