Science Futures Take Shape Inside Bowers Hall

The recently renovated and expanded Bowers Hall is a focal point of the campus landscape. In this state-of-the-art, fully equipped science center SUNY Cortland students prepare for successful careers in medicine, nursing, science education, conservation and other vital, in-demand fields.

Last year, Bowers Hall received a $43 million upgrade that included cutting-edge research equipment, greenhouses and natural landscaping and bio-swales that create a campus wildlife habitat. A new science museum will be opening in the building soon.
