Brian Loy

Dr. M. Brian Loy earned his BA in History at SUNY New Paltz, his MA in American Politics and Legal History at the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and his JD at the Syracuse University College of Law. 

He teaches: The Criminal Justice System, Introduction to Law and the Judicial Process, Family Law, Civil Liberties, Constitutional Law, and Politics and Multiculturalism.
